Buyers commit to a home that doesn’t exist yet and pay for it over about four years, in instalments tied to construction milestones.

A room-by-room 360° walkthrough and an interactive floor plan let buyers explore a show apartment before it is built.

The owner’s view
A dashboard showing how fast homes are selling, the payments expected, homes left to sell and a list of late payers.

The buyer’s view
A private area that mirrors how the developer already bills: payments made, payments due, and the tower rising floor by floor.
