The problem
Hundreds of distributors ordered through bought-in software. Restocking ran on a manual weekly cycle, the ordering screens were bare, and security was below the company’s own standard.

We studied the current system and how people used it, without changing anything. Then we wrote up today and the future side by side, with every estimate marked as an estimate.

Designed for about 150 active distributors and tested with 500, across five distribution centres.
