The problem
The homepage was 23.4 MB and took 30 seconds to load. Overseas buyers checking suppliers for certificates couldn’t find the ones the company holds.

Evidence first
Certificates and capacity, taken from the company’s own profile, moved to where buyers look first.

A page per fabric
Each denim fabric gets its own page, with filters for stretch, weight, recycled content and finish.

Readable by AI assistants
Set up so AI assistants can read it, because a buyer’s first question now often goes to ChatGPT rather than Google.
