What this site collects

No cookies, no tracking pixels, no advertising scripts and no third-party fonts. Pages are served by Cloudflare, which keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and reliability. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits; it sets no cookies and doesn’t track you across sites.

When you contact us

If you send a brief through the contact form, we store what you type (your name, email, company and project details) in a database on Cloudflare, along with a one-way hash of your IP address that we use only to stop spam. Your draft is also kept in your own browser until you send it. We then email you a confirmation, and ourselves a copy, through Resend, the service that delivers our website’s emails. We use your brief only to reply and, if we work together, to run the project. We never sell or share it.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don’t become projects are deleted within 12 months. Project correspondence is kept for as long as the law requires.

Ask us what we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, at hello@toastypixel.com. We reply within 30 days.
