What we build / Websites
Websites
A website that explains what you do in plain words, looks as good as your business, and brings in enquiries. Your team can update it without a developer.
- Who it’s for
- Established businesses whose website undersells them: manufacturers, traders, law firms, hotels and restaurants.
- How long it takes
- Usually four to eight weeks from first call to launch.
Is this you?
- Your website looks older than your business.
- It’s slow or awkward on a phone.
- You need a developer to change one sentence.
- Customers still ask what you actually do.
What we build
- 01
Company websites
A clear site that says what you do, shows your work and makes it easy to get in touch.
- 02
Rebuilds
We replace a slow or dated site, keep what works, and make sure you keep your place on Google.
- 03
Sites in more than one language
Every page in each language, and an admin that shows what still needs translating.
- 04
Product catalogues
Buyers find the right product quickly and ask for a price in a couple of clicks.
What every project includes
- 01
Designed around your business
Not a template. You see the main pages before we build anything.
- 02
An admin panel you run
Edit pages, news and products yourself. Every change is saved, so any mistake can be undone.
- 03
Found on Google and AI assistants
Set up so Google, and assistants like ChatGPT, understand what you do and who you serve.
- 04
See who visits, and why
We set up Google Analytics and Google Search Console, so you can see who visits, what they do, and which searches bring them to you.
- 05
Fast on every phone
We test the speed on every update and show you the scores.
Questions
Can we update the site ourselves?
Yes. You get an admin panel for pages, news and products. There’s no code to touch, and every change can be undone.
Do you write the words?
We can. Most clients give us the facts, we write the pages, and you approve every word before launch.
Will we lose our place on Google when you rebuild?
No. We point every old page address to its new one, so search engines and old links follow you to the new site.
Will we be able to see how many people visit?
Yes. Google Analytics shows visitors and enquiries, and Google Search Console shows which Google searches find you. We check both after launch and fix anything Google flags.
What does a website cost?
It depends on the number of pages, languages and features. After a short call we send a written quote, so you know the price before any work starts.
Who looks after it after launch?
We can host it, keep it updated and send you regular reports, or hand everything to your own team.
Do I need to be technical?
No. We explain every choice in plain words, and you approve the design before we build it.
For your tech teamHow it’s built, in technical terms
Design and build
- Designs and clickable mockups before any code
- Astro static sites; Next.js where pages need live data; WordPress when your team already knows it
- Semantic HTML, modern CSS and TypeScript, with no page-builder bloat
- Responsive AVIF and WebP images and self-hosted, subset web fonts
Content management
- Our own Git-based CMS (Content Studio): version history and one-click rollback
- TOTP two-factor sign-in, with separate admin and editor roles
- Multilingual content with per-field translation status and fallbacks
Technical SEO and AI visibility
- Crawlability, indexing and canonical tags checked before launch
- Every old URL 301-redirected on a rebuild, so rankings carry over
- Schema.org structured data: Organization, Service, Product, FAQPage, BreadcrumbList, Article
- XML sitemaps, robots.txt and hreflang for multilingual sites
- llms.txt and llms-full.txt, so ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity and Gemini can read the site
- Open Graph share images generated at build time
Analytics and Search Console
- Google Analytics 4 with conversion events for forms, calls and WhatsApp clicks
- Google Tag Manager, plus consent banners and Google Consent Mode v2 where GDPR-style laws apply
- Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools: verification, sitemap submission, indexing and Core Web Vitals reports
- Cookie-free visit counts with Cloudflare Web Analytics when you don’t need Google Analytics
Speed, accessibility and security
- Core Web Vitals budgets (LCP, CLS, INP) checked by Lighthouse CI on every build
- WCAG 2.1 AA: contrast, keyboard access, visible focus and screen-reader testing
- Security headers, a strict Content Security Policy, HTTPS and HSTS
- Forms protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, honeypots and rate limits
Hosting
- Cloudflare Workers and Pages on a global edge network
