What we build / Custom software

Custom software

Software built around how your business works, from booking systems and customer portals to CRMs, stock control and complete business systems, instead of spreadsheets and group chats.

BOOKINGS · THIS WEEK
Who it’s for
Businesses of any size running on spreadsheets, email and group chats, and founders who need a working product rather than a slide deck.
How long it takes
A working demo in two to three weeks, then the build in planned phases.

Is this you?

  • Important work lives in a spreadsheet only one person understands.
  • Orders and requests come in by phone, email and WhatsApp.
  • You type the same information into three places.
  • Ready-made software almost fits, but not quite.

What we build

12 kinds of custom software we take on. If yours isn’t here, ask: most projects start as something new.

  • 01

    Booking and scheduling

Appointments, rooms, classes or equipment, booked online with reminders, and every booking on one screen.

  • 02

    Customer and partner portals

A private area where customers, suppliers or distributors sign in to order, pay, download documents or check progress.

  • 03

    CRMs and sales tracking

Every lead, customer, conversation and deal in one place, so nobody has to ask who spoke to whom.

  • 04

    Inventory and warehouse

Stock levels, reorders, transfers between sites and barcode scanning, always up to date.

  • 05

    Complete business systems

Sales, purchasing, stock and finance joined up in one system that follows your process, not a generic ERP’s.

  • 06

    Quotes, orders and invoices

Build a quote in minutes, turn it into an order, then an invoice, without retyping anything.

  • 07

    HR and staff tools

Leave requests, rotas, timesheets and onboarding, in one place instead of forms and emails.

  • 08

    Field service and jobs

Jobs assigned, tracked and signed off on site, with photos and customer signatures.

  • 09

    Approvals and workflows

Requests, sign-offs and a clear record of who approved what, instead of long email chains.

  • 10

    Marketplaces

Buyers and sellers in one place, with listings, bookings, messages and payments.

  • 11

    Software products (SaaS)

The first version of your own software product, ready for real users and built to grow.

  • 12

    Systems for your industry

Clinics, schools, property, logistics, manufacturing and more: software that fits how your sector works.

What every project includes

  1. 01

    A working demo first

Click through a working demo with realistic data before the full build starts.

  2. 02

    Built with your team

We design each screen with the people who will use it every day.

  3. 03

    The right access for everyone

Staff, customers and partners each see exactly what they should, and nothing more.

  4. 04

    Yours to keep

You own the code and the data from day one.

Questions

How do you price custom software?

In phases. The demo has a fixed price. After that, each phase is planned and priced before it starts, so there are no surprises.

Can you build something you haven’t built before?

Yes. Custom software is new by definition. We start with a working demo so you can check we’ve understood your process before the full build begins.

Why not just buy ready-made software?

Often you should, and we’ll say so. Custom software makes sense when a ready-made tool forces you to change how you work, or its per-user fees stop making sense as you grow.

Can it work with the tools we already use?

Usually. We check what your current systems allow, then connect them so nobody types the same thing twice.

Who owns the software?

You do, from day one: the code and the data.

Is our data safe?

Everyone signs in, each person sees only what their role allows, and your real data never appears in demos.

Do I need to be technical?

No. You tell us how the work happens today, and we turn it into screens you can click through and comment on.
