The work runs on confidential business data, so the client stays anonymous. Names, brand colours and anything identifying have been left out.

The problem
The numbers lived in one large monthly spreadsheet. Reading the business meant knowing which tab, which row and which formula.

The spreadsheet stays the source
Each month the dashboard reads the finance team’s own workbook, so nobody has to change how they work.

Checked to the rupee
226 automatic checks compare every figure with the workbook’s own formulas, and raise an alarm if the profit and loss or balance sheet is off by more than one rupee.

Locked by default
Every page and every data file needs a sign-in, and only the people on an approved list can get in.
